I have purchased several flavors of electrolytes from MATF. I absolutely love them and mix them when taking my 32 oz water mug to work with me. My favorite mix is the blueberry and banana cream......and the watermelon and blueberry together. I still have a few unopened because I've been taking advantage of the sale offers. Can't wait to mix the pear and pineapple! Half a small scoop of each into my water and I'm ready to go. Delicious and keeps me hydrated throughout the day so I don't get those mad food cravings. These are by far the best tasting low cal electrolytes EVER! I can't live without them and drink them every single day. My favs are watermelon, blue and apple candy!
