I have been drinking these electrolyte drinks for over two years now. I feel so much better drinking these. I’m less hungry and have more energy and have a better workout at the gym. Before trying these I didn't drink enough because plain water is so bland. These delicious flavors make me drink more since they are so good and the hydration really improves my quality of life.
