I normally don’t care for chai anything, but I really wanted to try it so I ordered it. OMG the flavor is delicious! It is not overpowering at all, and all of the spices blend so well for that perfect subtle taste. It is really good!
The repeat meals is full of great information and really helps simplify your weight loss journey. I’ve lost 2.5 solid pounds this month. In the summer which is harder since my schedule is all over the place and traveling. The Tiffany plate and repeat meals gives a solid foundation to follow. I always feel so much better after eating healthy!! Although two pounds does not sound like much. I’ve been stuck at the same weight for over a year. I finally feel like I’m moving in the right direction. Yay!!

I have tried 3 of 4 flavors. 2 are amazing. First electrolytes I've ever liked. I have tried everything out there and they are all gross. These are very tasty. My favorite so far is blue raspberry.
