I have disliked so many brands of electrolytes over the years because they were either too sweet or too salty. These are perfect. I live in Texas and I sweat 10 months out of the year lol. I used to get muscle cramps all the time, but these have really helped with those.

I have these 3 currently and lemon candy is on its way. It's definitely a must in my house. Watermelon is one of my favorites. Tastes just like a watermelon jolly rancher. We go through it so fast I try and get them when there's a sale. If you haven't tried these yet, please do when your able. Won't be a disappointment.

I love how easy it is to grab and go with the sticks. The dragon fruit is one of my favorite flavors. Excellent product.
