      My only complaint about this is that | drank all the dragon fruit packets because I didn't realize there were only *FOUR and got upset, lol. It definitely made me realize I needed to get the small container of the dragon fruit, which is definitely my favorite flavor in this along with the watermelon candy and lemon! I like to pair them (not in the same water bottle) with the strawberry dragonfruit Cal-Mag for digestive support because I am on a GLP-1! I will give my honest opinion in saying these electrolytes are WAYYY better than InstantHydration's and I have tried so many different brands of electrolytes at this point. So many of them have been a waste of my time and money, but nothing from MyAdventuretoFit has never been gross to me! You will not regret buying these! It makes drinking water so much more exciting.
