My Adventure to Fit Inc. has a 60 day satisfaction guarantee! If you want a refund on a product follow these steps:

1. Within the first 60 days of receiving your product, contact our customer service at help@myadventuretofit.com and let us know that you want a return and refund

2. Buy a shipping label from the USPS (Or any other Shipping Carrier) and send us the product to 1497 Main Street N #279, Dunedin, FL 34698

3. Send our customer service the tracking information.

4. Once we see that the package is headed our way, we will issue the refund!

All International Shipping is paid for by the customer.

FREE US Shipping: All U.S. orders ship for FREE with USPS

Allow up to 1 business days for processing. Free Shipping orders ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping times typically take anywhere from 2 to 5 days and packages are not insured. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package.

We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. 

You can always get the correct product sent if you received an incorrect product.

If you send us your information with a photo of the product received, with the packing slip with the package, then we can reship your product within 30 days of you receiving the product.

Another reason you may request a reshipment is if the outer seal is not in tact, or if the product is very damaged when you receive the product. Send your order number with a photo of your damaged product, and we will send it to you. This also needs to be done within 30 days.
