This is one of those breakfasts that feels indulgent but fits effortlessly into a macro-focused lifestyle.


Ingredients (1 Sandwich)

  • 1 egg + cottage cheese bake square. Recipe here.

  • 1 slice Ultra Thin Honey Ham

  • 1 tbsp homemade chipotle mayo. (15g light mayo, 2g chipotle adobo sauce)

  • 2 slices tomato

Egg Bake Note

This recipe uses one square from my egg + cottage cheese bake, which I prep ahead for the week and keep in the fridge. It reheats perfectly and makes mornings so much easier.


How to Make the Breakfast Sandwich

  1. Toast the bagel
    Toast your macro-friendly bagel until warm and lightly crisp.

  2. Heat the egg square
    Warm one egg + cottage cheese square in the microwave or skillet until heated through.

  3. Warm the ham (optional)
    You can lightly warm the ham in the skillet or microwave if you prefer it hot.

  4. Assemble the sandwich

    • Spread 1 tbsp chipotle mayo on the bagel

    • Add the egg square

    • Layer on the ham

    • Top with tomato slices

  5. Close, slice, and enjoy
    Eat immediately or wrap it up for an on-the-go breakfast.
