I’ve been drinking my electrolytes daily for about a week now and I feel more hydrated now then I previously did just drinking water. I love the apple and watermelon 💕

Question can I just use plain water instead of bubbly water?
I like the fact the these are pretty clean ingredients, taste great and takes care of my hydration. I throw them in my purse or pocket and I’m on my way to better drinking.
